Step 1: Patients can login or register if it is their first time.

Patients can enter their details if they have not registered already. If they have already registered, they can enter using their login credentials.

Step 2: Uploading the images of illness

Patents can upload the images of their illness.

Step 3: Upload the referral or let your GP send it direct to your clinic

Patients can upload their GP referral or let the GP send it direct to the clinic.

Step 4: Fill appointment details

Patients can choose a suitable appointment type (face to face, telephone, or video appointment), time and date from the available slot.

Step 5: Review and confirm

Patients can review and confirm their details.

Step 6: Make payment

Patients can make their payment online through credit, debit cards or online banking before sessions.

Step 7: Receive session reminders

Once paid, your patients will be alerted when a session is due to start.

Step 8: Access from anywhere

Those who have booked an in-person, face-to-face appointment must visit your clinic or healthcare facility. For virtual appointments, patients can consult you through the web or on their smartphone, regardless of where they are located in Australia.
